Shipping Policy
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
At Bubico, we currently ship Australia-wide only. All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
We partner with Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $150 AUD, or $5.95 AUD flat rate
- Express Shipping: $9.95 AUD flat rate
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way, so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days after it’s received.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please take a moment to check your shipping address carefully during checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a small re-shipping fee may apply.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Regional or rural addresses may take a little longer. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bubico cannot take responsibility for delays once your parcel is with Australia Post.
TAXES & DUTIES
All prices listed on our website include Australian GST.
Since we currently ship within Australia only, no import taxes or international duties apply.
Returns & Exchanges
CHANGE OF MIND
We completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (excluding shipping fees) as long as:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- The item was not purchased on sale
- You include proof of purchase
- You cover the return postage cost, and the item is sent back with tracking
Once we’ve received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We’re so sorry if your item arrives faulty or damaged. Please email us right away — we’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund as quickly as possible.
Faulty item claims must be made within a reasonable time of purchase and include your order details and photos of the issue.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
Simply email us at support@bubico.com.au with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Refund or exchange request
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Desired replacement item (if exchanging)
We recommend returning your parcel with tracking, as Bubico cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
